Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to help site owners understand how their site is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way, and we refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy.
How we use cookies
We keep our use of cookies to a minimum. We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google sends limited cookieless measurements before you choose and if you reject cookies. Analytics and ad measurement cookies start only after you allow them. We do not sell the information cookies collect.
Types of cookies we use
Essential cookies
These cookies are needed for the website to function and to be served securely. They do not track you and cannot be switched off through our site, as the site would not work properly without them.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are most popular and how people move through the site. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id>, which are stored for up to 180 days and help distinguish visits. These cookies are used only after you choose Allow Cookies. Before that choice and after Reject Cookies, Google Consent Mode sends limited cookieless page-view, contact-click and successful enquiry measurements for basic reporting and modeling. These requests communicate denied consent and may include page paths, timestamps and browser information. Cookieless measurement still sends data to Google; it does not provide a persistent visitor identity stored on your device. Reject Cookies deletes our existing analytics cookies and prevents further analytics cookie storage. It does not delete data already sent to Google.
Google Ads measurement
After you choose Allow Cookies, we retain the Google ad click ID (gclid) in analytics page URLs to associate successful enquiry events with our Google Ads campaign. Google may use first-party ad measurement cookies such as _gcl_*. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry messages to Google. Other URL query parameters and fragments are removed. Personalized advertising, Google signals and remarketing remain disabled. Reject Cookies keeps advertising and analytics storage denied and removes our first-party analytics and ad measurement cookies. Limited cookieless measurement continues. Ad-click identifiers are excluded from our analytics URLs before ad attribution consent; Google Ads data redaction is enabled when advertising storage is denied. Your choice is saved separately under ad-attribution-consent. An older analytics choice does not automatically allow ad attribution.
Session recordings and heatmaps
Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and pointer movements to help us identify usability problems. It starts only after you choose Allow Cookies. Form content is masked. Its first-party cookies include _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (up to 1 day). Advertising storage is denied. Reject Cookies stops recording and clears these first-party cookies. Previously sent data is not deleted by rejecting.
Microsoft processes this usage data to provide Clarity and improve its products and services. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google Analytics and Search Console
Our analytics is provided by Google. You can read how Google uses the data in the Google Privacy Policy. If you want to stop Google Analytics from collecting your data across websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We also use Google Search Console, which reports on how the site appears in Google Search using aggregated data and does not set cookies on your device.
Managing cookies
Your choice is saved in local storage under cookie-consent, so a rejection is remembered on future visits in the same browser. If browser storage is blocked, the choice applies to the current tab only. Clearing site storage removes the saved choice. You can change it at any time:
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or delete cookies that are already stored. Please note that blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working as intended. To learn how to manage cookies, check the help pages of your browser.
Changes to this policy
As we add or change the tools we use, we may update this Cookie Policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
